Veronica Trevisan

Italics Project Representative, Globus et Locus

Veronica Trevisan 1971, lives in Switzerland and has been working since December 2009 in the Globus et Locus Association where she is the representative for the Italics Project.

She graduated in Ancient Literature at the University of Milan (1998) and has been a contributor since 2006. In the past, she worked at the CIPMO (an international agency dedicated to the issues of the Middle East and the Mediterranean).

She edited several publications including: "Cattedra del Mediterraneo" (Milan Chamber of Commerce, 2008); "Percorsi del mosaico nel Mediterraneo" (Ravenna Chamber of Commerce, 2006);"Islam in Europa; Islam europeo" (Municipality of Milan, Milan Chamber of Commerce, 2005); "Mediterraneo. Lo spirito delle città" (City of Milan, Milan Chamber of Commerce, 2006).

For a long time she took care of communications, as a consultant, for Accenture, Hewlett-Packard, Ubi Banca, Johnson & Johnson, Promos. She collaborates with the Ethnographic Museum of Mendrisiotto, Switzerland, for which she curated the exhibition “Apriti Sesamo” (September 2016 - December 2017).

She graduated for the second time earning a degree in Cultural Anthropology at Ca 'Foscari University in Venice.
