Fabio Corno, 1958, is married to Serenella Sala and has three daughters.
He graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan. He earned an MBA at Columbia University in New York and has been a researcher in Business Economics and Russian Studies at Harvard University in Cambridge. He obtained a degree in International Business from George Washington University.
He is Managing Partner of Studio Corno, Commercialisti e Legali (Chartered Accountants and Barristers), in Lissone. He is an advisor on many merger and acquisition, internationalization and corporate restructuring operations.
He is a scientific coordinator for the Centro Studi d’Impresa, a Member of the Scientific Committee of the Collegio delle Università milanesi and Associate Professor of Business Administration at the University of Milan - Bicocca campus, where he is head of the Triple Master Degree in International Business Development (MAIB) and is a curator of the Summer Schools in BRIC nations.
In the past, he has been manager of the Department of Accounting of Cattaneo University in Castellanza (LIUC) and a member of the College of Auditors of Politecnico di Milano. He partecipates in the editorial activities of various journals: "Economia Aziendale Review", "Journal of Management and Governance", "Revisione Contabile", "Quaderni di Management", "Quaderni Europei".
He is author of monographs on several topics: corporate development, intangible assets, ethics in corporate governance, IAS audits and control systems.
